Missed-call SMS text-back + lead triage for home services

Sample shop: Summit Ridge HVAC (fictional). When a call rings out, an automatic SMS offers emergency / quote / callback choices, logs the lead, notifies the owner, and updates a simple dashboard. Built as a fixed-price pilot pattern on n8n/Make — this page is a mockup only.

Sample rows only. A real pilot would write to Google Sheets, Jobber, or Housecall Pro via webhook — with the shop’s own credentials.

  1. Detect an unanswered or after-hours call from the shop’s existing phone path (client provides credentials).
  2. Send SMS within seconds: sorry we missed you — reply 1 emergency / 2 quote / 3 callback.
  3. Triage the reply, ask one clarifying question, and flag urgency.
  4. Log the lead to a sheet or CRM webhook and notify the owner/dispatch.
  5. Dashboard shows missed calls, SMS sent, reply rate, and recovered leads (sample metrics on the next tab).
